My goal is 190 lbs, I plan on using strength training M, W, & F and on T & TH low cardio. I have started the Atkins lifestyle change. Every Monday shall be my measurement day. I am to meet this goal by April, I have 8 months to lose 110 lbs. I have also taken pictures today of myself and I will continue to do so every Monday, but i wont be posting pictures until i get some really good results.....I have also found a weight loss buddy.....she is very awesome and a kind person......she lives a bit out of the way so working out together is going to be nigh impossible especially once i start up school....but we are going to chat online and over the phone and do this life change together I honestly dont think i could have found a better weight lost partner......it'll be great for the both of us to lose this weight and feel good about ourselves.....Plus I really would love to see my grandchildren and i dont think that will be possible if i dont change my life now..... |
