Big Difference for me here

- I have been an obese male all of my life. I was suffering from chest pains, I was out of breath just tying my shoes, I was the heaviest I have ever been, and the girl I loved for almost ten years left our son and me. Things were going downhill for me quickly physically and mentally. There were some things that were just out of my control. So I looked to the things that I could control, and losing weight and living a healthier life was one of those things; so I took control. They say sometimes it takes something traumatic in your life to change what you do and how you see things. For me this was it. I started blogging to keep myself accountable. I Currently weigh 220lbs, I still have to lose another 40lbs and if I cannot see my abs by then I will keep dropping the weight. I am a lot healthier now, the chest pains are gone, I can now tie my shoes, and this is the lightest I can ever remember weighing.

Here I am now at 220lbs. I still need to lose another 30 to 40lbs, but all in due time.
