Diary of a Fatman 38

Day 253

Weight 228lbs
Measurements; Neck 16 1/2, Chest 45, Gut 45, Waist 41, R&L Bicep 15 1/4, R&L Thigh 27 & 1/2in.

Wow look at that an 8lb gain in just a week. Hmm unlikely but I have decided to take last week off from working out hard with Turbulence Training and from my healthy eating lifestyle (I didn't go over board though with not eating healthy).

Even though I wasn't working with Turbulence Training last week, I was running a lot and walking even more, along with a lot of push ups, squats, and planks. As you can see my measurements have stayed the same. I am hoping that this past week of debauchery will be just what I needed to kick start my metabolism into fat burning mode now. I have written up a list of fitness goals and have even posted some of my pics on the refrigerator to get me even more motivated and to push me even harder.

I have posted some pictures of my posing, The next pics that I post will be of the same poses but definitely more defined, I am hoping to be posting them within the next three months.

Here are the goals that I have listed:

. I want to weigh 185lbs, by August.

. I want to start eating healthier.

. I want to win the next transformation contest.

. I want to be able to do 10 chin ups and pull ups by August.
5.
I want to be able to do 30 push ups by August with no rest in between

. I want to be able to run 1.5 miles in 12 minutes

. I want to quit smoking.

. I want to be in the Coast Guard.

. I want to fast again twice a week.

. I want to be ripped.

. I want to finish school.

. I want to drink 64 oz of water daily

. I want to work out harder.

. I want to bust through plateaus easier.

If I can think of anymore I will post them but this is it now.

Excellent work on writing down those specific goals. I look forward to seeing you at 185!

Thanks Craig I really appreciate it. I have been faltering quite a bit as of late so I am trying to reexamine my goals and tighten them down.
