My 2nd Fitness Contest

I have decided to start with the next Turbulence Training contest. I have enjoyed the first one so much. The great people that I have met, the motivation, and support that came out through that contest was just amazing. Everyone there is and has been awesome. Some of the winners from the last contest are signing up again. I am excited to see the next transformations that they do this time around. I have already posted my pics with the newspaper that is mandatory and I will be using nothing but TT exercises for the next 12 weeks. I'll be starting out with the February Ciruit Training for the first four weeks, and then probably moving onto the TT 2k4 Program that I shyed away from because of my shoulder. Now though my shoulder is feeling fine, but I figure I will give it another months worth of rest before I put it through the 2ks.

As for me I am hoping to get down to 185lbs by the end of this contest and seriously rock things out like I have been hoping to. Then head off to the Coast Guard and get the rest of my life on track Hoo Rah.

Feb 08 is a good one - I used it for the last transform contest. If I recall, it's pretty tough b/c there are quite a few exercises in the circuit.

Good luck sir!

Sounds like a good one, Juan. Probably the best workout I've ever done. Remember the reason for going circuit: faster weight loss in the least amount of time it would take in a gym. Train smart and eat smart. Calorie deficit is going to be key here. I wish you much success and I know you'll pull this bad boy off in record time for the coast guard. Goodluck.

I won't be joining the contest this time around but definitely going to be rooting you on.

Thanks Mark I appreciate the heads up. It looks tough, and I'm sure it is but I think I'm ready for it, and if not then it'll be a good goal setting month for me lol.

Andy bro I'm gonna miss not having you in the contest. I wish you would reconsider but I understand your motivations for not joining. I am definitely glad to be having you in my corner. I'm sure a lot of people in the contest will love having you cheer them on. I honestly dont know anyone that can motivate someone the way you can.

Thanks for everything bro

Hey Juan...hey, I've really decided not to join but I will be there in spirit - rooting everybody on. I've come to terms with myself that the "real contest" will always continue on for me and I know it will for you too...thanks too for being there for me like good ol times (can't believe it's been half a year). Cant seem to say this enough but much appreciated.

I like the fact that there are some great people starting to live healthier lifestyles. Just normal joes like you and I.

Hey, Bro...I'll still be here man. Don't worry about that! It's not only a promise I intend to keep between you and I but a pact I intend to hold for as long as I may.

You're humbleness about the whole lifestyle change is something really admirable my friend that I wish alot of us can emulate. I like that...

Keep going strong and much success this second time around...I see you are definitely getting a "fan base" started as it is over at the forums...nice!
